Brief summary: The goal of this Phase 1, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study is to evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and pharmacodynamics of VK2735 in adults who are obese (BMI ≥ 30 kg/m2) without comorbidities.
